My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from relationship therapy, cognitive therapy, trauma-informed care, and narrative therapy. I work from a strengths-based, compassionate, and collaborative stance, honoring each person’s unique story and inner resilience. Treatment is tailored to the individual, incorporating insight-oriented exploration, practical skills, and psychoeducation to support emotional, cognitive, relational, and physical well-being. Clients are encouraged to reconnect with their values, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop healthier patterns of thought, behavior, and self-understanding. I aim to create a safe, ethically grounded space where healing, clarity, and growth can emerge.
