My work is especially suited for clients who:

• Identify as highly empathetic, sensitive, or often overwhelmed by others’ needs

• Struggle with high levels of anxiety and rumination

• Struggle with relationships, experienced emotional neglect and abuse

• Struggle with overthinking, feelings of "I'm not good enough" 

• Struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, or self-abandonment

• Struggle with anger, disappointment, and other strong negative emotions

• Are in the process of healing from relational wounds or childhood conditioning

• Feel stuck in old patterns but are ready to grow into a more aligned and authentic self

• Value mental, emotional, and physical integration as part of their healing

• Are navigating identity exploration, transitions, or emotional burnout

While I bring extensive training, experience, and care to the work I do, I also honor the importance of scope and fit. I do not specialize in treating active addiction or severe and persistent mental illnesses such as untreated psychosis or personality disorders requiring intensive intervention. If these are areas where you’re seeking support, I’d be happy to help connect you to a provider with adequate resources and that would be better equipped to walk alongside you.

• $65.00 Short Session (20-45 minutes)
