Welcome
I am excited to announce that a refreshed chapter for my business is on the horizon. In May 2026, I’ll be launching my rebrand, an evolution that reflects my growth, values, and the direction I am heading. While the look and feel will be new, my commitment to quality and the people I serve remains the same.


Clinical Therapy
My clinical approach to treatment is integrative, drawing from relationship therapy, cognitive processing therapy, trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, nutrition, and narrative therapy. I work from a strengths-based, compassionate, and collaborative stance, honoring each person’s unique story and inner resilience.
Clinical treatment is tailored to the individual, incorporating insight-oriented exploration, practical skills, and psychoeducation to support emotional, cognitive, relational, and physical well-being.
Clients are encouraged to reconnect with their values, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop healthier patterns of thought, behavior, and self-understanding. I aim to create a safe, ethically grounded space where healing, clarity, and growth can emerge.
